All shipment data, store information, and files you upload remain yours. We only use your data to provide the service � never for advertising or selling to third parties. You can export or delete your data at any time.
We aim for 99.9% uptime and work hard to keep EcomLabs fast and reliable. Occasionally we may need to perform maintenance � we'll always notify you in advance for planned downtime.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings � no phone calls, no forms, no hassle. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We don't charge cancellation fees.
We work hard to keep EcomLabs running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free 100% of the time. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months. We're not responsible for indirect losses.
If we make significant changes, we'll email you at least 14 days before they take effect. You can always find the latest version here. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
